AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
On-site technical support
All services are provided by trained technicians or authorized service partners.
Service bookings can be made through our website, app, or customer support.
A booking is confirmed only after we assign a technician.
In some cases, booking confirmation may require advance payment.
Speedo Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in case of emergencies, unavailability, or safety concerns.

Labour charges
Spare parts (if applicable)

All payments must be made in full upon service completion unless otherwise specified.
Visiting charges apply when:
The technician arrives at your location
Customer cancels after technician arrival
Customer denies service after diagnosis
No-Show due to customer unavailability
Visiting charges are non-refundable.
Spare parts used are new and sourced from trusted suppliers.
Warranty on spare parts depends on manufacturer policy.
Service warranty applies only to labour work, not misuse or external damage.
Warranty becomes void if the appliance is tampered with after service.
Customers must:
Provide accurate details during booking
Ensure a safe environment for technicians
Allow technician access to the appliance
Provide valid contact information
Speedo Services is not responsible for delays caused by customer mistakes or unavailability.
Cancellation before technician assignment = Free
Cancellation after assignment = Visiting charges apply
Cancellation after technician arrival = Full visiting charges apply

Refunds are applicable only in the cases listed in our Refund & Return Policy, such as:
Service cancellation by Speedo Services
Duplicate payment
Cancellation before technician assignment
Spare parts once installed cannot be returned.
Speedo Services is not responsible for:
Customer’s loss due to appliance misuse
Pre-existing damage to appliances
Issues caused by unapproved third-party repairs
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, emergencies)
We are liable only for the service we provide, not indirect or consequential damages.
All technicians are:
Background-verified
Professionally trained
Required to follow safety and service standards
Any misconduct must be reported immediately to our support team.
All content on the website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Speedo Services and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of our company location.
